Carolyn P. Snyder, MS, CCC-SLP
Carolyn is a speech, language, and learning specialist with a special interest in supporting students who struggle with executive function skills. She focuses on helping school-age and college students strengthen memory, organization, planning, time management, flexibility, and self-monitoring to improve academic performance and overall life skills. In addition to her executive function work, Carolyn provides support in the areas of language processing, reading, writing, study skills, and general learning strategies.

Her professional experience spans public and private school settings, clinical environments, and schools. She also brings a strong background as a traditional speech-language pathologist, assessing and treating articulation and language, across a wide age range.
​
Carolyn earned both her B.S. and M.S. degrees in Communicative Disorders: Speech and Language Pathology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She holds a California Clinical or Rehabilitative Services Credential and the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP). Carolyn is trained in Lindamood-Bell’s LiPS® and Visualizing and Verbalizing® programs, which she integrates into her work with students who have language and literacy difficulties.

In 2000, Carolyn and her colleague Constie founded their first private practice in Palo Alto, CA. Now based in the Bay Area, she continues to work with students locally and remotely. Carolyn is the co-author of two educational resources: Executive Function Skills Training: Elementary and No-Glamour Memory.


Constance Rozendaal, MS, CCC-SLP
Constie is a speech, language, and learning specialist who focuses on strengthening executive function skills, improving reading and writing, and boosting overall academic performance in school-age students. Her experience also includes work as a traditional speech-language pathologist, assessing and treating articulation, language, fluency (stuttering), and voice disorders across a wide age range—from children to adults—in both public and private school settings as well as private practice. Her goal with every client is to support improved performance, build self-confidence, and foster greater independence.

Constie earned her B.S. in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of Washington and her M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She received training from Lindamood-Bell in their decoding and reading comprehension programs and later earned her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology.

In 2000, Constie and her colleague Carolyn opened their first private practice in Palo Alto, CA. Now based in the Seattle area, she holds licensure in both California and Washington, allowing her to offer teletherapy to clients in the Bay Area and in-person services in Issaquah, WA.
​
Constie is also the co-author of two educational resources: Executive Function Skills Training: Elementary and No-Glamour Memory.
Tiffany Kendall Obayashi, BA, MS
Tiffany is currently an education specialist in the Resource Specialist Program (RSP) at La Entrada Middle School in the Las Lomitas School District in Menlo Park, CA. She has been active in the field of education for 28 years as an Inclusion Support Teacher, Assistant Principal, RSP Teacher, and Tutor. Prior to working in Las Lomitas, she worked in the San Francisco Unified School District for 24 years.

She currently serves on the International Dyslexia Association Board of Directors - NorCal division. Her special interest is in making math engaging and approachable by tailoring lessons to fit each student’s learning style; to break down complex concepts into simple, easy-to-understand steps while fostering a positive learning environment.

Tiffany holds a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She holds both Multiple Subjects California Teaching and Specialist Credentials from San Francisco State University. She received three Master's Degrees - Special Education, Math Education, and Educational Administration, also from SFSU. She is trained in the Slingerland and Lindamood-Bell approach to literacy instruction.
