Packing a bag for school the night before can reduce stress in the morning, facilitate an on-time departure, and help a student avoid leaving key items behind. Mindful bag packing can also reduce unnecessary items and weight that clutter and weigh down a backpack. Use this checklist to help remember key items and prompt checking for clutter and extra items.
